T38G Incoming call pickup while on call.

I have a Grandstream UCM6102 PBX with multiple T38g's and am unable to answer/pickup an incoming call while on an existing call. I can put the 1st call on hold or hangup, but I am unable to pickup the second call at that extension. Does anyone have the proper configuration to allow for this feature?
