Enable BLF for Broadsoft

Does this new solution for Broadsoft work for other Yealink phones, such as the t38g or is it limited to the t4x phones?

I have successfully installed the update and now have the blf list functionality on the phone.

I there any way to control what DSS Keys are assigned to the BLF list? I'd like to skip over a couple of keys to align the BLFs with along the right hand side, e.g. assign blf list to DSS Keys 6-9
