Hi Lars Maschke,

1. Do your other phones have the same problem?
2. Can you provide a syslog level 6 of the phone and two pcap trace of calls from external and internal extensions to me?
And we can do troubleshooting from your files.

Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
