You can’t.
Firmware 28.xx.xx.xx (T46G) belong to another series as firmware 66.xx.xx.xx (T4xS)

Hope this will help.

Do you have the firmware for a T46g on the web site or can we get a copy emailed to us? I do not see that phone listed....
