T28-P firmware 2.71 fail communication

I am using T-28 phones with the new firmware (2.71.0.140), with vlan1 for data and vlan2 for voice.
The ping response is very high and intermittent, I can't make calls.
Please give me any tips.

(With the old firmare version works fine.)
