You can do it this way, you have to export the complete configuration (not just local) and than change
voice.handset_send =

values can be 1 to 53, default is 35

That would save me from having to configure tftp/dhcp/etc.. to have a working provisioning...

If it's possible that way, which parameter in which file should be modified in the archive ?

Because, according to firmware V73beta2 provisioning template :

### Only T28P/T26P/T22P/T20P Models support the three parameters^M
voice.handfree_send = ^M
voice.handset_send = ^M
voice.headset_send = ^M

(and I cannot find any other parameter in that file which could be related to the mic's gain...).
