Hi Acpan,
I think this need to be acheived with your PBX.
First, you can fill the action URL link in the "Call Established" as attached picture shows.
Then your PBX will receive this message, and know the phone is in a call, and PBX send MUTE message(for example "") to make the phone mute immediatelly.
