The model of the Headset is Sennheiser SC260.

I have discovered this approved Yealink model of headset works if the agent holds the boom of the mic close to their mouth. The boom is not adjustable and in its natural position the mic volume is low. When manually held close to the mouth the caller hears just as well as using the handset. So poor design headset and Yealink should remove them from the approved list.
