Hi Sam,
Could you check the network? Do you have any other IP phones? Can they obtain IP address successfully? Could you try to reset this phone and try?

About VP2009T, you mean if you make voice call, there's no problem, but if make a video call, both of them will reset? Reset or reboot? Did you connect the correct power adapter?
