A30 Connectivity to VCH51

I have an A30 Soundbar which is mounted on the wall under a display in a conference room.

I will be using the VCH51 to direct attach HDMI/USB when required.

Is it possible for me to feed the connection from the "VC Hub" port on the A30 back through my network patch panel system to a jack in the center of my conference table where the VCH51 could be more conveniently accessed?

Are there distance limitations?
Are any particular connector pin assignments or crossover required?
