[W70B Basis + W73H Handset] 2nd line for foreign country calls

Hi!

I have 2 lines configured in W70B base. Standard line is 1 (inner country calls +49). Second line should be used for calls to foreign countries (mainly +48).

How can I configure that in general? Maybe with dial plan (currently I don't understand how to use that)? Are prefixes on stored numbers (e.g. *2#0048...) possible?
