Wallpaper/background

Hello,
I use all of my Sip-T54W telephones as extensions.
The users regular change telephones.
This means that the phones are frequently logged in and logged out.
If a user sets a wallpaper/background for the assigned extension via the web interface, it will only be displayed as long as the phone is not logged off. After logging in again the background is gone.
How to permanently save a background under the extension number?
