What is the difference?

I just got my channel account for https://us.ymcs.yealink.com/, do I still need dm.yealink.com?

dm.yealink.com has API account setup (https://dm.yealink.com/rps/systemSetting/apiService); didn't find this function on https://us.ymcs.yealink.com
