WHB620 DECT Headset

Hi all,
I'm using the above headset on a T54W phone, works fine.
The taxi firm I supply want to use the headset to carry the sound from the dispatch software too.
Is there a way of having the headset deliver both inputs at once?
Currently, the sound comes from the PC fine but as soon as a call is received on the phone, it takes priority and cuts off the sound from the PC.
Ideally, I would still want the sound from the PC come through the earpiece at the same time as he call.
Is this possible?
I have the USB computer audio setting setting set to 'Always' this doesn't seem to make a difference.
Using firmware 104.435.0.10.
Any questions or suggestions you have, please let me know Idea
