Enhanced DSS Key - Conference Call

Is it possible to do this with an enhanced DSS key macro? I could not figure it out from the PDF manual. This is the procedure we currently do manually but want to automate it with a single button:

1. Call phone number 123

2. Once the call is answered, press the Coference softkey (which activates the dialer to start a new call)

3. Call phone number 456

4. Once the call is answered, press the Conference softkey which joins the two calls together into a conference call

This is on a T54W.
