I have 2 CP920 in my system I have changed providers and one of them will not
factory reset. I have tried holding OK (Nothing). When I hold Ok I get a click but nothing afterwards.
The other one reset as normal. I have also tried powering device on with a power cord ( offline) same results.

Please advise.
