Have tried with power supply instead of PoE, etc., but no difference. Why would these phones work only sometimes? CAN ANYONE HELP, PLEASE?

Hi,

Don't ask me why the older phones have no problems, but please check if the SIP ALG helper is disabled in the internet router.
Also make sure the T3x have a fixed local IP address.
