Managed companies dissapeared from DM

Hej,

We have previously had several other customers through the device management portal, but in the past couple of days or week they have dissapeared. We have no longer access to that data or connection. I tried contacting Yealink but no response and we need to resolve this urgently.

We usually access it through dm.yealink.com but now its only our own devices, nothing more.

Have they changed any of the procedures and has any of you encountered this before?
