MP56 Locking While on a Teams Call

Hello,

We are having a situation in our company with the MP56 locking feature.

While on a MS Teams call, the phone is locking and the other end cannot hear until the user adds their PIN to unlock the device. This is happening random so it is almost impossible to reproduce.

any advice?
