W52P not picking up IP

I think the problem has to be found in the USG router.
Please verify that the DHCP functionality is enabled.

The DHCP server works for everything else on the network but these 2 Yealink phones.

Please try next:
Disconnect the Yealinks from your network,
Restart the router and wait until it is fully up-and-running,
Reset the Yealink to factory default,
Reconnect the Yealink to the network.
