Sip - T41P - Displaying wrong information and can't redial

Hi,
I'm having issue with a sip phone T41P, It's screen is displaying delivered@192.168.1.60, which is the PBX IP Address. We can't clear this off the screen and also have issues using redial, The number which we want to call has to be typed in, could anyone assist with this issue please?
