T48S Quick dialing all 3 digit numbers
Hi all. We recently started working with a client who uses T48GS. We have them set up in 8x8 through their VOIP services, but we are running into a dialing issue. When dialing any three digits, the phone will immediately dial those numbers assuming it is an extension. We have formatted the inter-digit time, live dial pad, and altered the CFG configuration file to no avail. Its rather frustrating when they dial a US area code and the phone without hesitation dials. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
