T46S & Opus

Hi
I have a T46S which does not list Opus in the 1st 3 activated accounts but is listed in the non activated accounts. how do you get it to be listed?
We have factory reset and currently using Firmware Version 66.86.0.15
Hardware Version 66.0.0.128.0.0.0
