Pease could someone help the yeallink t33g

Pease could someone help with the yealink t33g go back to the same cisco switch as T54, but only T33g casuing that error, swapped everything cleaned switches traced switch no loop, but t33 keeps flagging stp is then blocking phone?

is this a phone issues
