T54W w/DD10K not registering to RT30

I have 3 Yealink T54W's, firmware 96.86.0.45. Each of these has a DD10K plugged in and each is registered to a single/separate W56H handset.

Handset firmware is 61.83.0.90.

I am now trying to register an RT30 to the T54W with the DD10K and neither can see each other.

Powering on the RT30 shows a Green Power light and Orange-flashing DECT light.
*Manual says this is Registering to a Base station
*Manual also says that powering on the RT30 should show a Green Power light with a Red-Flashing DECT light.

The T54W is set to Repeater Mode RT30.

When I Start Reg on the T54W, it just shows Repeater at the top of the screen with a spinning/search circle.

When I quick press the Program key on the RT30, the DECT light goes from flashing-Orange to solid-Red.

Basically, I don't believe I am able to register the RT30 to any of the Yealink T54W's with DD10k.

Looking for your assistance on getting these to register.
