SIP-T58 - How do I install/setup Teams

Currently running firmware v 58.86.0.20. Can someone tell me which firmware version I should install so I can use the phone for SIP and for Teams meetings? Also, can I use it for Teams and Zoom meetings (not simultaneous meetings but the ability to use it for either one)

I have generated the Teams license but I don't have an option in the current firmware to install it. I've seen different articles discussing the topic but some are fairly old and I would like to make sure I have the most recent/stable fw image.
