Ring Tone Troube with W60B

Hello,

we in company have 5 plus of W60B DECT phones. But all have one big problem. Huh

They all of them not save the ring tone volume AND the ring tone melody for the next day. Every day we change the sound and volume.

The problem has been appearing in the last 2 weeks. Before was not.
This is a huge trouble, btw. madness for the ladies in the office.

What we can do?

The phones are rent from the local phone company Telekom!
