Paging to the phone coming through while on DND

Maybe not quite honest, but when I press the DND key on my T57W, incoming calls and pages / intercom calls don't come through... the phone doesn't ring.
I tested this on 3CX V18 U3 Hotfix 1

As far as I know, this (Multicast Paging) only works if the phones and 3CX are on the same LAN.

Thanks. I'll have to schedule an upgrade and see if this resolves the issue. In our setup, 3cx is in the cloud and we connect via vpn.

Please check this setting: "Directory > Multicast IP > Multicast Listening" if "Ignore DND" is set to "Disabled"
or use template parameter:
multicast.receive.ignore_dnd.priority =

Description: 0-Disabled, all incoming multicast paging calls will be automatically ignored when DND is activated in phone mode.
If it is not set to 0 (Disabled), the phone will receive the incoming multicast paging call with a higher or same priority than this value and ignore that with a lower priority than this value when DND is activated in phone mode.

Thank you for the reply. I have confirmed this setting "Directory > Multicast IP > Multicast Listening" "Ignore DND" is set to Disabled and the issue persists.

features.feature_key_sync.enable = 1
features.dnd.feature_key_sync.enable = 1
features.dnd.feature_key_sync.local_processing.enable = 1
