We have added a template to a Yeastar S50 to stop phones that are not ringing from lighting up.
Since adding this line the phones that are given the template cannot make calls or rung internally. When ring internally it says temporary unavailable. If we set it back to the default template phone works. Any idea why this entry should stop the phone from working.

The line we entered was features.blf_active_backlight.enable = 0
