W60B emitting high-pitched noise

My W60B base started doing the same high pitched squeal about two months ago (It's also around 2 years old). Luckily it has not affected the overall functionality of the handsets but it's very annoying.

I don't think this can be considered a 'it's just you with bad luck' type of problem if a number of us are getting the same symptoms. I will try the suggestions by Phil2021. I will also try switching from POE to injector (if I'm able to find it :/) to see if that stops the noise.

Any additional feedback from someone with similar problem/fix would be greatly appreciated.
