Call Park Command

I am trying to setup a softkey to use the Call Park Command, same Park command available as a DSS Key (see attached). I tried $Ccp$ and $CCallPark$ but neither command works. I have been using a softkey action #700 but have a lot of complaints because using the # key as transfer prevents people from validating their bank accounts when the Banks multifactor authentication system calls the phone and asks them to press # to validate. When they press # the phone thinks they are trying to transfer the call. I do not want to use the DSS key I need to use softkey.

Please help!
