Can this be done with some fancy block out magic?

I've blocked out certain ranges but it still leaves a large amount numbers available.

Thanks

Hi,

I don't know which numbers you want to dial, but in the Block Out dialplan you can set under "BlockOut Number" something as follows:
(0)([6-7])(.)
This means all numbers start with 06 or 07 will be blocked, all other numbers are allowed to call.

If you want to dial 911, then block rule ([0-8])([0,2-9])([0,2-9])(.)
I don't have tested the above.

Hope this will help.

Kind regards,
Frank.
