LTE Failover and Registration

I am looking for a way to get the phone to register faster in the event of a WAN failover to LTE. Currently once the failover occurs inbound calls go down until the registration timer expires or someone makes an outbound call. Depending on where the phone is with registration during this period, it could be a minute or an hour before a phone could come back online. Is there anything I can do on the phone to help speed this process up?
