I gave it a try and W60B stayed up for around 24hrs with the power supply instead of POE. Just I thought there is hope, the W60B hung again......

So I really doubt it is a POE issue. Before the power brick, I also tried 2 different POE injector instead and W60B still hangs randomly.

Also, I completely factory reset the W60B unit two days ago and did a clean setup again. Still hang randomly.

Mmmm, there are few, if any, options left.
Most things you have already done.
Contact the seller and see if you can exchange the unit?
