Yealink T40G Requests DHCP even though it has a static IP address

Hi Guys

We have a Yealink T40G Firmware Version (76.84.0.125) with a static IPV4 address configured on a VLAN. However, sometimes the phone requests DHCP and then drops the call. LLDP, CDP, and DHCP VLAN are disabled.

Any idea why the phone requests DHCP?

Please let me know if you require any further information.
