yealink T46g cannot disable lcd screensaver

after research we cannot find out so hoping someone would be able to help including yealink.

we have several t46g phones on the current firmware and under the screensaver time option (how long with no user interaction before screensaver turns on) and theres no 'never' or 'disable' screen saver option. we cannot find where to TURN OFF screensaver or disable screensaver from starting. the only options are times from 15 mins to 6 hours.

is this normal for yealink phones to not be able to disable the screensaver?

we already have power saving on for when the office closes and no employees are using the phones and the screens turn off when the office is closed. but we dont want the phones having a screen saver on during the day.

we have tried downgrading the firmware to a older SIP firmware a couple of times but still cannot find where to turn off screensaver.

also. strangely we have noticed that when the screen saver is ON and no user interaction on the phone during regular business hours that the screensaver BLINKS or flashes OFF then back ON in one second, kind of a one second fade out and back on to the screensaver picture (a basic small JPG image uploaded to phone).

this happens on all 10 yealink t46g phones.

has anyone seen this blinking on screensaver behavior?
has anyone found a way to disable the screensaver?
