Yealink T46G wont turn on after firmware update

after a ton of research we havent found any options as we have 3 yealink T46g phones that were working fine and we upgraded the firmware via the web interface and the phone said they received the update successfully and the phones rebooted and then the phones never came back on. the 3 phones all will not power back on, the LCD screen stays BLACK. one of the three phones shows a RED led on the top right but the other 2 phones dont have any red led light on the top.

we have tried powering the phones with a POE switch and a TWO yealink wall power supplies and the phones will not power on.

we cannot do any reset (reset through the MENU screen to default, OR bootup TFTP reset while powering on) as the phones wont even power on and the screens stay dark.

yealink any tips any ideas or are they just bricks now?

I have removed the MAC address and serial number for security reason.

Have you tried to reset the phone to factory default by long press (>10 sec) the OK button?
