Hi All...

I have been trying to get support via Yealink for many months now but they are unable to resolve the issue.

Environment:
T46s phone managed via YDMP using skype for business 2019
Credentials are entered via BTOE software.

Problem:
Users getting locked out via their phones.

what it looks like so far:
when a users password expires the user will update their AD password at next login.
The phones then continue to work but I believe they start getting bad authentication attempts. Usually this doesn't happen straight away but may happen up to 30 days later.
we can manually log the users phone out and back in but should the phone not be asking the users to update their password or show that there is some sort of problem?
I have sent logs to yealink but it doesn't even seem that they can read them...

how does everyone else deal with users changing AD passwords and using the yealink phones?

we used to have the HP phones that ran a cut down version of Lync and it used certificates to authenticate via the Skype server and we didn't have any issues like this.
