Yealink T41s Multiple sip Accounts

I have a t41s capable of six sip accounts. I have a sip account thru twilio. I programed the same account into to different extensions. We receive inbound calls but only one extension rings. How can I fix. I figured while on another call the other extension would ring but it doesnt they are both registered when I look at my yealink site
