T58A Teams APK Request

Hi,
Due to the fact that the hybrid mode lacks 80% of settings for SIP part, and the fact that sideloaded "normal" Teams APK results in no incoming call alert, would it be possible to get the Teams APK that is included in the Teams firmware ?
