T19 E2P Music on Hold

Dears,

We are trying to ability music on hold in T19 E2 (P), but we have some doubts:

It is possible to use internal Windows Server like MOH Server? And we point it through the path: Features -> Action URL -> Hold -> http://myIPServer/musicFile.wav?

We are following the documents:

SIP- T2 Serire/T4 Series/T5 Series/CP920 IP Phones Administrator Guide Auto Provision Guide
