We have the same problem, Phones Yealink sip-33G (and others) after uptime 500 days - not registred. There were no problems before this date. The phone does not send a registration message. After any changes in the phone configuration or reboot, functionality is restored.
How we can we solve this problem?
We have a huge number of phones and rebooting every 500 days is a very bad option.
