Almost sure that you can't.

Those IP cams do not have http streams? Because you can easily setup an http stream to launch using the DSS key type Video Monitoring.

Hi, a http would be fine, but I could not get the formatting right.
Do you have any link to something or can give me the format to setup a dss for a URL?
