T42S - Show sip from + remote xml caller id lookup

Is it possible to shown the info in the SIP "from" header and also shown the name of the caller found via remote directory?


When someone calls us and chooses to talk with the commercial department, for example, we receive on the screen of our IP phones "commercial 987654321" where 987654321 is the callers DDI.

Now, we're starting up a corporate directory using xml, and we're receiving the calls as Bob 987654321, so we're losing track of which department Bob is dialing.

wich options do we need to use to have, for example, "commercial Bob 987654321" in the screen?

We currently have in settings / call display
Display Called Party Information enabled
Call Information Display Method Name + Number
