Thanks for reaching out to Yealink,
Yealink SFB phone syncs the contact from Exchange server, for the personal contact which user added in their own contact list by Outlook, could be only searched in the SFB phone with the specific user login. the searching result will show the contact name, email and phone number, but the presence status will always show Unknown which is by designed.

That functionality seems to not be working for us. Although the Global Address List contacts are properly functional, personal contacts (contacts in the individual users' mailbox) are not. Personal contacts ARE searchable in SFB, with the status limitation you mentioned, and if we pin a personal contact to a group in SFB it then shows on the T56, but never as a search result.

We're using O365 / Exchange 2019 hybrid in case that's relevant.

What can we do to troubleshoot this?
