The T53W, T54W and T57W all have bluetooth built in so they should function the same way your IPhone does in that they will pair directly with the hearing aid, no need for the additional COM-DEX unit.

I doubt anyone at Yealink has done any testing of this type of application to confirm so you probably won't get any official answers. Most likely you're going to have to buy a phone and try it out yourself.
