There are no problems with your procedures and configuration files. DND icon or Forward icon does not appear due to the T42S screen design. Then, maybe, an explicit mention "For T42S, Txx ... this parameter is ignored" should then be added in XML Browser Dev guide (in page 56 of current v84_10 version).
