May be I wasn't clear. My english is not good enough. My question was about downloading cfg file, not about provisioning.

My wish is to download the CFG file from every phone on my network. I wrote "command line" cause I'm using Linux.

Is there any way to automate the download of configuration files? Is it possible to download the configuration files?

We can go to the webpage of the phone.
1.Navigate to Settings->Configuration->CFG Configuration.
2. In the Export CFG Configuration File block, click Export to open the file download window, and then save the file to your local system.
