Mute not working

Hi, I have a cp960 with latest sip firmware, Firmware Version, 73.83.0.30 Hardware Version 73.0.0.9.0.0.0
All the mute buttons, also the one from the wireless mic, are not working. It's a firmware bug or a configuration?
