W56H Phone shows no icons and refuses to work

Thanks for your info. For you issue I have some questions:

1.How many handsets do you have?

2.Do you mean there is a phone shows no icons and refuses to work and another one has X over the settings icons?

3.Could your phone connect to your base?

You can long press the end call key to reboot the phone and see if it can be solved.
Please take a photo or a short video so that I can find your problem better and give solutions to you.
